24/7 Confidential, short-term counseling services available in-person, by phone and through videoconferencing.

  • Your first counseling session will be an in-depth assessment with a counselor to determine your specific needs. The counselor will work with you to decide on next steps and to provide final recommendations.
  • Counselors are either master’s or doctoral level clinicians, including Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Social Workers, or Psychologists. Our counselors have experience working with a wide range of issues.
  • Most clients resolve their issue(s) within the 5 free RWAP sessions allotted, but at times clients are referred to longer term or specialized treatment. Some reasons for referrals outside of the RWAP include: complex trauma, substance abuse treatment, psychiatric care, etc.
  • If an outside referral is made, the RWAP will provide you with referrals through your insurance carrier and will follow up with you to make sure you were connected and satisfied with your provider.
By using a geomap this program links you to in-person counseling services that are most convenient for you. Whether you are a distant student learner or an employee traveling through a different state – this program will provide you with in-person counseling appointments no matter where you are.
Call or text (833) 304-3627 and you will be connected to our next available counselor. Calls and texts are typically answered within 15 to 20 seconds.
This feature of the program provides videoconferencing counseling support on your phone or tablet from the privacy and comfort of your home (or wherever you happen to be). Simply download Zoom on your mobile device and schedule your appointment today.
